Thanks for the report, I wasn't aware of such issue so far.
With a quick look around, others have also noticed similar issue with Ogre3D
http://www.ogre3d.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=76967 which is the graphics engine RWR is using. There's some talk about Ogre3D 1.7.4 which also happens to be the version RWR uses on Linux currently.
General suggestion for developers in the thread is to use SDL for windowing which would need a fair amount of studying into from me, so far I've had Ogre3D handle all windowing related things and have been using OIS for input. Currently I wouldn't be able to say if I could use SDL and OIS together, for example.
