The VSS is already the best stealth weapon in the game and one of the most popular rares so buffing it sounds pretty crazy... Also the SCAR-SSR is more like Dragunov than it is like the VSS in all areas except its range profile. Far faster bullet velocity, lower fire rate than VSS, sniper-level accuracy etc.
This is going kinda off topic so:
Spoiler:
Well, I would hardly believe that an assault rifle could be accurate at such distances, although SCAR's manufacturers say it has a "long-range precision out to and beyond 1,000 yards"(914.4 meters), compared to ~400 meters(~437 yards) for the VSS. That sounds more or less like a marketing trick, at least fo me. :)

Don't get me wrong - I like SCAR's as it is now but just wanted to point out that the maximum effective range is a bit exaggerated imo. :)

Just realized after reading up on snipers and DMR's the SVD should be considered a DMR.

As in game the only real difference is fire rate and kill chance. (might make that change to the wiki)

In my opinion, SVD deserves to be buffed and set as a rare weapon. Or maybe keep SVD as it now but adding a Dragunov SVU as a rare instead.
