I posted something similar on the Teamkiller post, but just gonna ask here again.

I noticed that after you teamkill (it was 2x8 accidental arty) a certain number of players, you get the "Oh you, team killer, you" message and can no longer use explosives nor rockets:

Out of curiosity how long will the lock be? Will I risk getting banned?

Its around 30-45 min. Not sure how long exactly.
I get it all the time. Thats normal when using arty 8. Newbies run to arty no matter how much you warn out.
