While we wait for 0.96 to mature for a release, shouldn't take awfully long now, 0.95.1 fixes a bunch of bugs critical to some players. Update now available in Steam.

shadows: fix attempt #1 for the shadow related crash occurring for some playesr
input: fix attempt #1 for mouse buttons left registered held down incorrectly
general: fixed a crash related to an item, vehicle or character spawning outside bounds
factions: fixed capacity determination bug related to newly added vehicle specific capacity modifiers

Hey guys,

Just looking for a little patch details, I may need to make some Steam Guide corrections:

Did you guys remove that ability to "knife" or "pull" troops from vehicles?

You can now drive the Comms truck, correct? Is there any chance that the AI will take it and drive it like it has for so long, or do they no longer attempt to drive the Comms?

Will the RP Cost of the Flare (flare is awesome btw) and the Mortar Emplacement be reduced eventually? They are very nice and interesting pieces, but expensive. And very few people seem to use them regularly at the moment. (But I know you guys have adjusted many of the RP prices over the years)

Does the Flare have the same proximity-deactivation radius as regular spawn-points and the truck?
Or can it be used a little more liberally in enemy territory without fear of being quickly shut down.

Knifing an enemy out of a vehicle has been remove since a while now. You can now just "enter" the slot where the enemy is sitting and it will pull him out.

Nothing has changed in that matter. The comms truck driver has 10k XP, so if you have more you can pull your own comms driver out if you have higher XP.

It's not meant to be used regularly, neither of them as it can give you a big advantage, especially the flare. We didn't plan any change in price for the flare but the mortar emplacement will be 33% cheaper in 0.96.

it uses the same spawn logic as an armored truck
