Before I go posting this on Bay12, will it be recorded?

We didn't plan to record, so probably not. If you find someone who records, you are welcome to do so though :)

I was a casualty to being knifed by Passik at least three times. It was good fun though! :D

I had to miss it going shopping. My current shoes are literally falling apart after 7 or so years, so yeah...

Is this going to become a weekly thing?

That was really a nice game. Thank you to all the participants. :)

As I said to you yesterday pasik, it looks like there's a bug linked to the online play. We have had several sync crashed. As you know, we were a team of five and some of us were speaking with microphones.
So we have been able to know that our game has crashed simultaneously at least two times. I'm sorry, we don't have logs. But I hope that this information can at least help you to isolate some piece of code, probably linked to the network manager. :)

Yeah, it definitely seems that way. Somehow with very low lag, like what I had by playing as a client on another PC than the server in the session, the crashes don't tend to occur. I played for 3 hours straight without crashes. I'd suggest we play the next bigger event by someone else doing the server hosting, so that I could join in with bigger lag and using a debug build to catch those crash points.

Thanks for playing though, it was fun! :)

Another bug I noticed was that the sound sources seemed to run out at some point, some of the sounds were not audible after an hour+ of gaming. There's a leak somewhere.

I'd sure like to see something like this happening on a regular basis. Not sure if it was the timing (June 2nd marks the day the school is out for many, graduation parties) or if people know what UTC means ;) but it looked like we had lack of players at the start of the event - it was 6 players for some time, later in an hour it grew to max 13.

My personal guess is that having these on a weekly basis might be a little overdoing it. Bi-weekly would work better I suppose, as there would be a higher chance of getting out a new release within those two weeks, so that there would be something new to play in each organized game event.

Yeah, good idea. Did you have an idea of the specifications required for a good server ? Minimum hardware and bandwidth ?
