Hello, I'm new here in the forum
I have a question, can we revert back to a previous version of rwr?
I think it can be very useful to solve the problem with lots of good mods made for this game, that is just unable to even run for the newer version of the game

We certainly won't revert back as there is no reason to do it, mods certainly aren't. Feel free to tell the authors of those mods to update them accordingly (in the respective mod discussion from the workshop).
Which mods aren't working anymore?

Lots of good overhaul mods like Running in the trenches, mass effect, weltkrieg, they pretty much all crash mid-game,
figure out you may offer old version from the "BETA" feature of steam, so we can revert back to any old version we want to avoid crashing with old mods
and then go back to the latest easily.

again, better tell the authors of those mods to update them, we certainly won't provide older builds just for some non-updated mods.
Maybe you can provide them with some infos about when it crashes as it'll probably not be randomly. You could also check the log after it crashed, maybe it provides some useful informations.
