Which settings do you have in your campaign, Hard with no customizations?
Haven't tried the map in a while, but last time it went through for me even with minimal amount of radio tower hunting or doing side base captures of my own. Stopping the first enemy waves when they come with plenty of vehicles often messes up their similar coordinated attacks, leaving some time to go capture the other Beachcamps to get your faction's soldier capacity up.
Destroying the radio tower stealth style at an early phase could probably help a lot, as the enemy attack and reinforcing would cease for some precious minutes, enough time to capture a few of the Beachcamps and set up some defenses.
The anti-air emplacement is also somewhere in there, destroying it early on would enable paratroopers for you which are often key for side base captures.
EDIT: always remember the enemy AI is only as smart as your own AI - it's you who are the bright one in the game!
