I'm trying to add some explosive weapons to one of my mods but they're causing too many teamkills. Is there any way to disable this? |

Possibly in some way. You'd like it to be a projectile-specific setting, right? |

That would still make it dangerous to your allies, but not too much of a danger to you. Are you planning on adding more weapon and explosive settings in the future? |

Some settings will be added for sure, but at the moment not exactly sure what. Support for classifying friendly fire effects this way would make sense, with the additional gameplay setting to control friendly fire on a general level, such as how you can currently start games from command line with friendly fire enabled, which makes all bullet hits and stabbing effective against friendlies too. Modifier support will make an entrance to weapons too, similar to how equipped carry items can affect e.g. character speed, this parameter set will definitely grow to affect plenty of stuff. C4 is out there that would need to be implemented, but it has hardly entered the planning table yet. The rest of the content plans are too vague to transform them into parameters at this point. |
