How do I get to play multiplayer with others ? sorry if this has been talked before, but when I research the word "multiplayer" it says its too common of a word to be searched... -_-

Right now there are 7 players online. Here is a tool that shows you how many players are online and informs you when a specific minimum amount of players has been reached (visually and/or audibly).
You can also check the serverlist here where the tools gets his queries from.

It's a small community at the moment. But with the persistant profiles in online dedicated servers it's worth hoppin in to the one best suited to your location and spending your time there. People will join. And one or two battle with a few battle buddies and you'll love it.

And the server watcher mod does help a lot to know who's playing.

When you join servers taht are on a different map than the one loaded, it will load the map which causes the game to "restart". Just be patient.

If you've waited for like 2 minutes and it is still frozen, then that's something else.
