Mostly I noticed that they throw much much more grenades.
But I think its good. More challenge :)

So Jack, I hope you've noticed what I meant. This mostly can be felt when you are alone among the enemies, because if there are friendly AI around you, enemy does not pay the same attention to you the more that you are behind cover.
I don't know what is the mechanism responsible for their behavior, but with my humble playing experience :oops: I can say that it is kinda weird at the current moment the more that you say there are no recent changes. BTW Now I remember that something similar has happened before, but not for a long time.
Jack, you told us what the SAS settings are, but please explain us how and whether can be adjusted the behavior of the enemy. It depends on what?

EDIT
Another example of tonight: battle of the bridge while trying to conquer Village, you wont believe - brown and gray are fighting shoulder to shoulder against us and another part of gray are coming from behind........

I tried one map today and it was definitely odd. AI would shoot to kill after I'd been knocked down and wounded about half the time, and it was a lot tougher to cap areas than usual. Also, the AI backdoored villa when we were finishing them off at the ranch.

I actually like the AI attacks when you're wounded -- it's more like playing against real humans. Definitely seems different, though.

I was in for only like 30 minutes playing through map8 and around 15 mins into map9. I didnt notice anything unusual. Might jump in again when I'll have some more time.

Well I'm not a paranoiac, but at the moment(Power Junction map) something is wrong with the server. It is impossible to win.
This can be confirmed by other players. Not about the difficulty, they just coming in droves. No matter what we do(whether a 3 or 12 players), we can not even hold the Power Plant for more than 2-3 minutes(if we succeed). I personally tried almost everything: miniguns, air support, artillery, nothing helped. BTW I had never seen three enemies simultaneously on the roof..... :o
This still continued for nearly two hours so I quit and went back again, but no changes.

The server setting have not changed.

$enemy_ai_accuracy_factor = 0.95;
$player_ai_compensation_factor = 1.2;
$player_ai_reduction = 1;

These are current in-game settings, and they have been that way for a week.

Jack, last night you said that the player ai compensation factor(as far as I remember) might be lowered, but we do not see such thing. :?
It is still a bit hard to play in this way and is not pleasant to die 10 times in 5 minutes no matter what you do. :(

I was trying SAS Invasion as well yesterday. Moorland trenches played out just the usual way at least. I think it was around 15 of us playing, some first-timers, some vets.

The end part was rather easy victory to my tastes, but I guess that tends to happen anyway in such a large map.

Before that I was monitoring the serverlist and it appeared people cleared the 4 maps before Moorland trenches in a reasonably short time, so sounds like things were back to normal.

Maybe something unexpected happens when the Invasion loops back to start, that stuff went through some changes at least during the last two versions. No idea if SAS Invasion had been restarted or if it had looped back to beginning when I was watching.

Played a lot the last two days. Yesterday felt pretty good. We stalled up once or twice on the line, but I think that was in large part due to us just holding the line on certain maps for defensive fun!

But some great new player numbers. Really nice seeing them on the field.
