He's trying to make a mod but is having issues with the game. Here's the game log -

Looks like he's trying to load a map named "factions", for some reason. When and where does this happen?

Getting to see the full log could help. Also it might help further to add verbose as a command line parameter when launching RWR (https://support.steampowered.com/kb_art ... -JWMT-2947), there are more log traces when it is used.
