Mod Update to Running with XCOM: Updated for 1.1, and some minor content additions.

-Changelog-

Features & Touch-ups:

-Added the Alien Battle Rifle. Fires in two shot bursts, with 12 rounds per charge. High chance to kill.
-The mod now features custom loading screen hints.
-Added the EXALT Laser Longrifle, a special Laser Sniper that is nearly a direct upgrade to the EXALT DMR.
-Added the Arc Rifle: 8 Round sniper that does not kill, but wounds the target on hit.
-New Icons for the Exalt Infiltration Gun and the Covert Ops vest.
-C4 is now Acake's "Fusion Charge."

Bugfixes:
-ADVENT Soldiers should no longer spawn unarmed.
-Players can no longer respawn with the Rail Carbine.

Balancing
-EXALT guns have been nerfed across the board:
=EXALT Assault Rifle made less accurate.
=EXALT LMG has had a small ammo cap nerf, and a chance to kill nerf.
=EXALT Light Repeater has had a chance to kill, accuracy, and ammo cap nerf.
=EXALT Heavy Repeater has had the same nerfs as the Light Repeater.

-EXALT Autopistol is now the EXALT TMP: Higher clip size, slower rate of fire.
-ADVENT Mag Rifle made slightly more deadly.
-Alien Plasma Rifle has recieved an accuracy buff.
-EXALT boss and miniboss units made to appear slightly less often.

EDIT: This will be the last update for a while. As Acake said, I will be updating the mod as more info about XCOM 2 is released.

RWX link has been updated. Also in regards to where I have been, I'm still here. Been working on another mod is all.
