Just drag the folders from the .rar file directly into the overlays folder.

The .rar file wasn't arranged into folders, unless I'm stupid.

basically you mean like it goes up and comes down, i think its not supported yet.

Just tried it. Weapons wise, it is simply amazing. Every gun feels different and after about an hour and half I haven't found any OP super-guns. You've done a great job on these.

Sadly, the sounds of the guns turned me away from using this mod. The problem is, some weapons have awesome sounds but others (like the AK47 have really shitty sounds that don't fit in with the other ones)
Change the sounds and it'll be even better than it already is.

hmm well yea sounds really need changing. at least vanilla guns sounds need changing on newa. newabortion handles weapons sounds and some other things. i just handle the visual side of the guns mainly on newa

I agree the ak47 sound is pretty terrible. I think the other sounds are alright though, i love the supersonic crack and the echo when fireing them. Ok i'll make a pistol.

NEWA isn't working with the latest beta version.

Also the colour textures for the troop sprites aren't showing.
