Download the rar, extract it and put the mod folder to "Steam\steamapps\common\RunningWithRifles\media\overlays" after that launch the game, go to quick battle and choose the mods through set up mods

Hey man, I really like your mod. I noticed what some of the other guys said about the armor always showing up as a french elite. I have made a few tweaks to the mod. I would like it if you could look them over and tell me what you think.

Thank you very much for your willingness to help, but the armor problem has already been fixed and is ready for the next update, which you can expect somewhat soon.

Have you considered looking at adding a officers sword? I think that it could be a viable secondary Weapon?
